Just reported someone for inting and offensive lang in ranked, currently waiting for a notif, after writing this in the report: "they took teleport as support, begged them to have at least flash, they walked between towers, abandoned their adc, called us all morons, they built critical strike on sona, and didn't start healing anyone til minute 15, they followed me in the jungle, randomly stealing monsters and soaking up my xp, if this troll doesn't deserve a ban, I don't know who does."

you wont get a notification unless your report is the one that caused the suspension/ban

and how can it go unnoticed if all 3 team mates report? the enemy team must be braindead not to report her too they can just look and see 1. chat, 2. summ spells, 3. build, 4. healing done it's hard to show she afkd between bot towers cus she kept walking and typing to avoid the leaver buster, but everything else is verifiable

For your first point, 1 report is as good as 9: all a report does is flag a game for review, and if nothing of guilt is found the report is thrown out and deemed as false.

For your second point, people are only punished for consistent negative behavior. While this can obviously be annoying and frustrating after just finishing a game with a jerk, this makes sure that people aren't punished for having an off-day when they don't behave like that normally.

For your final point, Leaverbuster is programmed to track useless movements like that and will punish people who actively try to avoid getting hit by Leaverbuster via useless/meaningless actions.

The IFS only gives you a notification if your game was the one that punished them and not while it is building a case. You certainly won't get it if they were punished in the next game.

they ban no one for trolling... that simple... and to be honest, if even the guys that tell you do die or your family should die or whatever cancer related comment they have in mind don't get banned, why should trolls be banned?

what rank? i feel the bronze is so filled with trolls, they ignore 90% of reports. they just don't understand, it's that bad.

It's not really that high elo

there's still a good two handful of d5 / d4 players.

I know it might sound insensitive, but I think Bronze is easy enough for players who are serious about climbing to be able to improve out of that MMR at a decently quick rate if they did so properly.

If anything, Bronze players are Bronze for probably numerous reasons. Hardware isn't optimal or either fundamentals aren't being tended to.

Even now you have a 61% win rate, which is great.

Right now you just have to find your sweet spot champ and stick to it.

Fiddle is looking good right now for you, and Volibear you should probably drop with that 38% win rate.

In my opinion Bronze - Gold is easy enough for players to overcome if they approached the game with an efficient learning method. But since everyone is basically playing the same game and fundamentals don't change with every meta shift / patch change.. It's not so hard to train each component of macro / micro and develop them for the rest of your league " career "

I could spoon feed you all the information, but I believe in letting people think for themselves so they can become more independent.

Fundamentals. Stat analysis. These two should head you towards the correct direction.

Going off topic a bit here :P I only started this game because my spouse asked me to, we play various games together, and even tho it's not my style (lame excuse for sucking, right?), I got stuck with this one, mainly because I find arams fun and I fall into em any time. Norms and ranked are just not fun for me, I have 10 times more fun in other games, it's just not haha, enjoyful, it's frustrating as hell. Even last night in solo q when every1 was doing sooo bad and they simply wouldn't forfeit, I felt forced by 4 people to be in hell for 36 minutes. Cancer. I read in various places that they come in batches, like you can win 7 games in a row then be placed in some weird dimension with trolls for 7 more games in a row. What is this, I don't even... That's prolly what hurt my reputation as a reporting citizen, and as stated in a diff topic, it's ironic because it does take multiple games in a row to be reported for someone to be punished, anyway.

I guess the general tendency is to climb, because in most games, getting better has its satisfaction, and doing things better, with ease and actually winning is what leads to a huge part of 'the fun', other than what the game itself has to offer in terms of quirks and fun bits. My tendency atm is to not feed, have either a positive kda or take down most turrets, and do most dmg (total/per champ) if not a support, or do most healing or have assists over 50% of total kills when supporting. Besides having the most placed wards, which is apparently not a factor in winning, those are the stats I'm striving for, at times checking them and mostly achieving them. 61% winrate, interesting, yet bronze 4 life. My tendency towards jg as noticed is probably, just like my spouses', due to having a not so perfect ping which hinders lane farming. What I really want is to be able to have fun and that's very hard without 4 more friends, and it just sux that I'm given this system, this option to remove part of what hinders me, but it's simply not working for me.

Stats shouldn't matter too much, like most damage or assist / healing.

Deaths are important to keep low.

What's important in a game like league, especially in lower elo, is to find ways to pressure / dominate the map.

If you have no interest in becoming better at the game, maybe ranked isn't for you, since it is very frustrating yes.

I agree, I have more fun in other games, the only reason I'm playing now is to achieve my goal of Master Tier and then leaving to focus 100% on irl matters.

I'm juggling both atm, but it would be nicer to use my free time on games that don't stress me to the point of depressive episodes during my week.
