Confused, bit annoyed.

So on my ticket the guys over at Riot said that my ban from receiving hextech materials will be lifted once they see that I have reformed. I have had nothing on this account for 2 months, so why am I still being punished? I hardly talk in chat at all and never intentionally feed or anything, so in my eyes I just see riot forgetting about my account and never making me eligible. if somebody from Riot could reassure that I'm being watched and going to get my privileges back, I'd feel a lot better. Thanks.
