IMO I think riot could unban all permanent banned accounts (with the exception of hackers) and give everybody a fresh start because this new system is really going to make nobody want to be toxic because kids want their loot. Just a thought! Most deff. won't happen but it was just a thought me and some friends had.

I think this will be the first real step to removing toxicity from the game. I think you should at least lose all chest privileges for the month though, not just unable to earn while banned. i mean what a one week ban when I only need to earn 4 chests and I'll still have 3 weeks to do it. better yet, if you get punished the next four chests you open are punishment chests that contain lumps of coal. This way you don't have people who go back to being jerks after they get their four chests or at the end of the month. But no, do not give perma bans a second chance.

That could be nice, it sucks that the people over at rito rarely read these, and when they do it's only in their free time. You have to email them them wait for an answer and hope it is good because it's going to take awhile if you want a conversation.

How i see this post: People who got never banned do not care and will never open topic like this one. People who got banned for EXTREME toxicity, come there and beg for unban "for those players", but we all know he belong in that group too. Like Riot already said, banned people STAY banned. Perma ban is not something Riot did for joke. Perma ban was deserved, after many MANY chances given.
