Person said "School shootings are fun."

I just had a game with a person (enemy team), whose summoner name I have copied down and reported. They were extremely toxic, feeding on purpose and then went and sat in base. The whole time they were typing toxic things in all chat, and one thing was that _he/she thought school shootings are fun.

_ Before continuing, this was not the only bad thing this person said. They were extremely toxic the entire game and said a lot more. I am focusing on this because I felt it was the worst thing they said and something that a lot of people are having to deal with in real life.

As a teacher, which I then said to him, I find that extremely offensive and inappropriate as I am having to deal with students being scared for their lives every single day. I as an adult am scared for my life. School shootings are no laughing matter, not something to be joked about in a game, and if Riot doesn't ban this person for saying such a hideous thing, then Riot is just as disgusting as the person who said it. As I was discussing the comment with him, I told him I would be reporting him and that I hope he gets banned, and that was the last thing I said. However,_ he continued by saying that he will never get banned by Riot because he has spent a lot of money on the game in the past 8 years._ If money is what keeps this person in the league community, then Riot should be ashamed. I doubt this is the first time he has said something like this, so why is he still playing?

I will be looking this person up by the summoner name, and every single time that I see them still playing League, Riot will be getting emails and I will make yet another post about this disgusting person.
