Is there any way to actually make sure a player gets banned when they afk for 20 minutes in ranked?
Because it's absolutely ridiculous that I lose 20 LP because our top laner decides to afk after getting first blooded by the enemy Quinn. Not only that, they came back after 20 minutes and started insulting and taunting the rest of the team.
I have no idea why Riot mods aren't intelligent enough to just MOVE a thread...
AFAIK, the boards don't have that functionality.
Just report them. If they get reported enough to initiate a manual review, then they will get punished.

I was told that mods actually do not have the tools to move threads, and so they just delete them when they find threads being in the wrong section.
They also expressed complaints that they should have the ability to move threads, but apparently Riot hasn't given them that.
But idk, I can be wrong.

And you report them for AFK and leaver buster will do it's job.
