So i know i cant get hextech chests because i recently got my first punishment after playing since like 2011 and i served it, i resolved myself to start muting toxic teammates and not insulting them back and was heartbroken when im the after game lobby it said i was still ineligible to receive hextech rewards [zombie-nunu-bummed]
You become reformed from playing games without being validly reported. There is no set amount though it seems to be in the 30-50 games range following the lesser punishments.
They havent given a clear indication as to how long it takes. But it could be anywhere from a couple days, week, to possibly months. I would assume though a simple chat restriction would only make you reform with about a week.
