Free server transfer suggestion

Just a thought, people in hawaii are being screwed over by this server location change so they should get a free server transfer to whatever server is best now

or they could just keep the portland server as well as the chicago one. i'm sure they have the funding to do that

I don't think they give a shit.

I sent in a support ticket not asking for free server transfer mind you, but asking if the Chicago transfer would make mine worse since I play from Asia and if I could have the IP addresses for regional servers so I could ping and tracert them myself to determine which would be best to move to or atleast try and set up some sort of proxy or VPN to connect via. I just got an empty response 'hoping the Chicago servers make my ping better' and closed my ticket whereupon which I sent in another reply and I'm still on hold, it's been two days.

So if they don't even bother helping you help yourself with information, I don't think they'll give a shit about free transfers but hey, send in a ticket and find out. Hopefully you have better luck than I do.
