Low priority queue

Is there any information from Riot that their "Low priority queue" is not a separate queue?

Because it's not, but a friend of mine requests the proof.

They mention LPQ in the “about” section, and go on to explain why they don’t use different queues for punishment.

I'm not sure what kind of proof you're expecting. Low Priority Que (LPQ) just means that you have to wait to get in-game.

I'm not sure if they actually proritise you lower than others after you've waited though.
