These are the logs from the guy on EUNE who got punished for the first time. Am I getting crazy or is it a little bit too harsh?

Edit: https://torrfisk.rajce.idnes.cz/Chat_logs#Zero.jpg Seems like the player himself chooses the wrong course to communicate with the support. But nobody is saint.

One of the "zero tolerance" phrases was typed. Thats typically an instant two week ban regardless of the context in which it was said.

No one ever thinks punishments are "too harsh" in player behavior boards. People here just have a massive grudge against toxic players,they would like to see all flamers punished for the tiniest shit(people are quite litteraly asking riot to punish players for saying "ez").it's quite unhealthy tbh

Try another support ticket, but do not have too much hope, they are 90% mindless drones and the rest maybe does his job.
