No it doesn't in fact less things should be bannable and more things chat restrictable. Shouldn't get banned for calling a troll an idiot should get chat restricted and you should just get chat restricted more and more. Any company that would take your money do nothing to give you proactive tools to stop a troll and then would perma ban you after that troll holds you hostage for 20 minutes just cause you typed something that might hurt their feelings is worthless trash.
I get that hate speech and things like KYS should be punishable offenses but literally everything in this post shouldn't be considered punishable unless some other harassment was involved.
If you have such thin skin that "get rekt scrub" makes you feel some type of way you probably shouldn't be playing online games.
