Riot, can you put in a system where you can report players in the main menu?

Like, on the side of the Friendslist thing, sorta system. Because I'm tired of someone adding me after a game, and then harassing me for playing better than them. Even if I remove and/or block, I still keep getting messages from them, and it's really annoying. I do think they should be able to be reported.

Anyone else agree?
