What can we do about elo boosted and ebay accounts?

So i was playing some flex queue trying to get gold and this happened to me twice. Just about to hit promos then i get these "diamond" accounts where players end up with scores like 5/11 or 7/15 against really weaker opponents and laners. Seems to me they are either a) trolling on puprose b) bought their accounts. Im not gonna put up names here but these players are not playing like diamonds and high plats and ruining the game for the rest of us who wanna get rewards by the end of the season. I dont want these players in my games and i would rathers play with normal players of my elo. Can i do anything besides reporting them? Ty [sg-shisa]
