Another Perm ban

Did not use any 3rd party programs, did try out different programs to record games. And I have played from a few different locations in the last few months. Everything seemed fine, got a new pc last week.. downloaded OBS, played a few games.. a couple days later perm ban. No idea why.

Apparently riot doesn't respond to tickets either? That is the general census I gathered from reading other posts. I have put thousands of hours into this game, put more money into it than any other game and actually got coaching from a challenger player to get better. This is really unjust, if I was doing something wrong I would admit to it and wouldn't make a deal about it. But come on riot.. seriously?
