Account has no region?

Hello,

I have a smurf which I was playing on EUW for abit, and then switched it to NA, and then switched it to LAN, and then back to NA.. (all within a few months) .. then randomly I tried to login today on NA and it said "Your account has transferred to another region. Please try logging in to the appropriate region."

So I tried it on LAN, and EUW and it says incorrect login for the server. I then tried it on every other server incase I accidently transfered to a different region, and they all said incorrect login on EVERY one of them except NA, I get this message "Your account has transferred to another region. Please try logging in to the appropriate region." I don't have the email linked to that account anymore, cannot login on it in game or on site.

Is this account garbage?
