Not build alone, but obvious troll stuff like buying more than 2 boots or buying 3 of the same item that passive does not stack, or buying AP on champs that have zero benefit.
I wanted to report a Soraka that went full health, no mana, no ap, no cdr, full health, but I didn't report them for that. I did report them for being a bot though cause they wouldn't cast a spell the whole game.
