Is this bannable

Ok this is the 3rd game of flex in a row I had a toxic premade team and I guess will be my last flex game because I dont want to get ban from being reported by them. But after the game this guy said a bunch of stuff and I wast sure if it will be included in the chat log from the game when they review the report. I tryed to be nice all game and help the ziggs who was getting verbally assaulted by our 0-9 adc. He also told the enemys to report me when clearly he as the toxic one and im sure his premade reported me and I have been ban before for this type of thing. Thats why im making a post.
