Another set of duo trolls with extra friendly

Is this like, a thing now? Going 3/14 ziggs support and 2/9 soraka mid and saying in champ select "I'm trolling" And then all game acting super friendly while just ruining the game, and saying "oh no reported for harassment". And then laughing about being a shit human being post game thinking riot can't see it? 2 times in a row now. Starting to get really annoying. I can't mute this shit.
