Most Toxic Match Ever

As "mid-laner" counter-jungled me. Stealing my buffs, but leaving 1 mini-monster alive in each camp. (using his Q and smite to secure my jungle farm, never went to lane unless I recalled) After not having a jungle, I start camping lanes (since I don't have a jungle to jungle and what not) to level up, he would let Ekko kill me, spam the laugh emote while we're fighter, then engage Ekko after I died. He made offensive hate comments regarding politics and government. Sexist comments about my "whining" and "bitching" Then he goes on to say I should be reported for my "crying" too much, being underleveled and griefing for intentionally feeding since I died instantly in team fights being about 2 - 3 levels below enemy team.

You'll even notice, that I sold my jg item extremely early since of course, nobody can out jungle Nunu with his Q/smite combo. I tried to for about 5 minutes, but it's not possible to steal jungle buffs from a Nunu.

Continued to say how this was the funnest match he played, made racist comments.

I continually asked him why he plays this game, too which he responded, "People like you make it all worth it." and then spammed the laugh emote a few more times.

Anyways, the reason I posted this is simple, I wanted to ask the forum community, do you think this type of behavior should warrant an instant permaban? Of course, I vote yes.
