I'm finding most people on the forums think it's ok or "not that bad".
Apparently Riot and its community promotes bullying to the extreme by not really doing anything.

noone is defending anyone for saying this.
all ppl say is "just because someone flames you, doesnt allow you to flame back" noone ever said "noone should get banned for words" yea the ppl say this who got a permabann cause they are stupid. noone here NOONE!!! supports ppl flaming.
Who the fuck think's its ok? I mean the only thing I can think of is that there is usually one post a day saying how this is becoming "a league of pussys" and how we need to "toughen up". But a vast majority of that gets downvoted and commented on almost instantly.
Actually, saying that in chat will get you banned almost immediately.
Christ this community is soft. If you can't handle someone saying something like "go die noob" "#uninstall" or anything along those lines then, please...for the love of all the is good and holy in this world, stay off the internet.

Then again I do not make the rules, Riot makes the rules.... by extension, YOU do not make the rules either.

Just make sure you're reporting it. They absolutely take this seriously. As is evidenced by the people complaining that they've been permabanned for saying it.
