An issue with botting accounts to 30 and how it affects ranked.

I've noticed a surge in players bragging in chat that they botted their account to 30 as they run it down mid with 6 tears for no reason or just overall walking into the enemy. He spent all game chatting with the enemy team about how he was feeding on purpose, and the enemy team was too dumb to realize that players like these ruin their games too. So they honored our adc for feeding and laughed and trolled with him, and he straight out said that he bots accounts just to troll because Riot has no system to deter it. GG riot. You've been outplayed.
