I need someone to explain me why running it down is bannable but refusing to end a ranked is not.

Little bonus: in case you don't know you have to push after lv7 because that way you setup the wave right and this way not only you apply pressure on the map but you also farm more and damage the turrets in the long run, 1/3 hp turret= 1 kill, 1 turret taken= 1 penta with the caster shouting FAKER WHAT WAS THAT, so if you don't push the wave you're basically bringing onto you and your team all this stuff. But this is not the matter of the problem, it was just an informative note.

After my last duo partner pulled on me the tiamatless, bootsless, no turret taken in his lane splitpush riven special i decided to dump him in the trashcan where he belongs and now i have to face the rough soloQ all alone.

Teemo top goes 0/6 when he missed like 7 kills because the shen he was facing had no idea of what he was doing and all he had to do was to auto him 4 times and hit him with Q whenever, to kill him or to dodge his Q (W and E were on cd or wouldn't have been relevant anyway), ignores my wave manipulation advices (break the freeze so i can gank without suiciding under turret) and refuses to let it push back freezing it PERFECTLY under enemy turret.

Ekko mid goes 0/8 against a brand (no kill pressure)

Bot lane was garbage with a flaming soraka that refused to heal me throughout the game and when she was recalling and i was staying on the map and i was low after a play she refused to heal me, MF ignores her lane and is more busy stealing my jungle and putting me further behind despite me being the only person ahead on the map in both teams

Ekko accidentally steals the baron with an E because the enemy lee that raped kills left and right got outsmited by an E from a 0/8 ekko. We have the chance to end the game after killing 2 and putting one low and the only survivors are squishies that can't do jack shit on their own, not counting that they're playing as if their mechanics have 500 ping.

MF goes to farm ONE wave top and teemo ONE wave bot before recalling, after that they walk one at time into them (they got elder in the meanwhile) after i explicitly told them "they have elder, we can't fight them, wait 5 mins"

Soraka constantly in the frontline during the whole game, MF ulting the eye candy butterflies.

Why is this not bannable? What's even the point of playing ranked? Why people that are getting hardcarried blatantly refuse to win? Why do i HAVE to reach diamond just to stop playing with trolls and start playing with regular bad players? (cough cough because the more games you play the more riot makes money cough)

All i ask for is to not get trolled in my games. Is this a too much of a greedy request? Can i please have one enjoyable game from time to time?

If someone doesn’t want to push, that’s their choice. Nobody is forced to play the way you want them to. And nobody will be punished just because they make poor choices.

No, you don't. This isn't a rule, there are times when this isn't even a good strat. Saying you have to do it is a gross oversimplification. If you are getting hard camped top while you jungle is on bot side there is absolutely no reason to hard push a wave just because you are approaching mid game. Letting the lane slow push to your side so you can farm safely is a smart choice. The fact that you think there is only 1 way to play every game is a major problem, you seem like the kind of person who builds the same items every game because "insert pro here did it" without understanding why they build what they do.

PS Reaching Diamond won't make the trolls go away

If you want to be the teams shot caller, get involved with a 5 man flex team.

No matter how much you think you can, you will never be able to control the actions of 4 other random people in a match.

Because the point of the game is to try to win. Running it down mid implies inting and giving up. Refusing to surrender implies trying to win. I don't know how this could confuse someone. But there ya go.

It kinda sounds like you want to make lack of situational awareness and strategy punishable on par with intentional feeding.

People are going to very deliberately perform actions that are not in the team's best interest. Most of what you've described is simply being bad at the game, though. You can't realistically punish people for being bad at the game. I'm sure there have been plenty of games where you've personally made mistakes that have cost your team critical objectives or the entire match.

Poor aim on an ult or bad positioning isn't trolling. You'd do well to stop taking your teammates' mistakes as personal insults, it must be exhausting.

FIrst and foremost, League of Legends is a game. A multiplayer game at that, meaning that each person will have their own skill level and interpretations of what they should and should not do. From what I see, you're complaining that your team doesn't play the way you see as optimal.

Your teams won't always be on the same level as you. Yes, there are skill gaps and yes there are communication gaps. In the end, its the teams choice as a whole to end or not to end, be it a win or FF.

Regarding this little bit you had said in a comment to Chermorg...

Which by the way, goes against the general rule "Everybody should be playing to win" since you know, it's the fundament of the game.

Perhaps they are playing to win. I honestly doubt 4 random strangers on the internet banded together just to ruin another strangers online game. Its more likely they were doing what they thought they could do to win to the best of their ability, and it ended up being not enough, and that is okay.

And finally, addressing the title of the post, running it down mid is intentionally trying to ensure that the enemy team wins. Not ending when you want to does not automatically guarantee them a win.

games are always winnable no matter what you think. there's a chance someone on there team dcs or that they throw its ALWAYS a possiblity you not thinking there is doesn't change the fact its possible
