You ruin the game for the rest of your team, and they cant do anything about it for 20 minutes. If you want to troll, play ultimate bravery or play in a 5man group.
There is trolling and trolling.
Playing an off-meta pick in normals, or playing in a 5 man and intentionally stealing all the jungle form the jungle as blitz is ok.
But if intentionally cause 5 people to lose, that is bannable, and will get punished if you do it enough.
