under a min into the game the GP told my to kill my self, he continued to tell me to kill myself through out the game, the reason I believe this should skip some punishments is because I had said nothing in game, so there was no provoking involved, he just felt like being a toxic and mean dude. Whats your thoughts?

Yeah but recently it seems Riot doesn't seem to be doing their job anymore. So, I might as well leave this game soon.
