Should this skip a few punishments

under a min into the game the GP told my to kill my self, he continued to tell me to kill myself through out the game, the reason I believe this should skip some punishments is because I had said nothing in game, so there was no provoking involved, he just felt like being a toxic and mean dude. Whats your thoughts?

if you reported him in proper category he will be 14 day or perm ban when reviewed but if you replied to him the same way he did so will you.

Its not that extreme to skip punishments. Its mild negativity.

I don't understand why you couldn't mute him after the first time he told you to kill yourself.
