"ALL: No they are the ones harassing me."

There is no more hopeless feeling when you have been harassed all game and the person harassing their teamates says in all chat that we are lying and the ones harassing them. There needs to be a much, much more serious punishment for these people - the people who constantly use profane language, racial / homophobic slurs etc. and lie to the enemy team about it.

How many times per year do you encounter this? I get at least 4 or 5 every single year; you know the people who blame the jungler, then call him or her names, then go on for the last 5 minutes of the game typing in all chat that their jungler or whoever happens to be having a bad game was the one being abrasive towards them? There's absolutely no way to fight it unless all 4 players on the team all co-operate to ensure that the perpetrator does not get away with it. And even when they do, they always have the same line to spare: "They are a 4-man team, they are the ones lying."

It's simply immature, and it ruins an otherwise graceful defeat when everyone was trying to at least learn from their mistakes and someone is constantly reminding all 9 players of how everything is not their fault, and only in between saying to the enemy team that his team is being offensive, goes on to tell them in team-only chat that they are all useless trash that need to commit suicide.

It's simply the worst.

it doesn't matter who the enemy team says is blaming who, you cannot see their chat thus you cannot report either one of them for flaming

Why not mute them?

Trolls gonna troll. They can't hurt you, because erroneous or multiple reports carry no weight. They can lie all they want in /all chat, it won't cause you to get punished. Unless, of course, you're feeding into the troll and engaging in your own toxicity, but it sounds like you aren't.

Mute, report, move on.
