The ban system is like a light bulb with 9 on switches and no off switches attached. If somebody presses the on button placed in front of them the lamp will go on(this being a report check). If another person presses their on button the lamp won't go extra on(it is already on). After the switch is flicked no changes can be made. This is to prevent people from making 4 man premades to report people and to make people in 4 man premades reportable.
They have a (somewhat ok) bot check for offending sentences and check if you were saying sentences that had the following things in them.
- Blatant racism
- Flaming your teammates/ enemy team
- Other lesser violations
So let's check for that: I only take the sentences from your page that are:
- Meant to be an insult.
- Have no tactical advantage
This means that a sentence like: "you fucks push mid" will be ignored by me because there is at least a tactical advantage. Also a disclaimer: I never report people unless their typing leads to players not playing anymore. I only show if the system had a reason for banning you by THEIR standard. If you still want to call me a special snowflake that's fine, I don't care.

These sentences are toxic because they are specifically meant to insult your teammates and nothing more.
Now the question is do you break the terms of service to get banned?
Answer: yes subsection 2.1.3 to be exact which states:
2.1.3. The Tribunal®. The Tribunal® system allows our community of users to police the compliance of other users with the “Summoner’s Code,” which outlines the principles of ideal gameplay behavior, as well as with our other policies. Community members, including you, may submit descriptions of activity and actions of certain users within the Game, and collectively determine if that particular user was in compliance with our policies. If The Tribunal determines, in its sole discretion, that you have violated one of our policies, we may suspend or terminate your account on behalf of the community.

Breaking these rules makes them want to ban you.
