Why am I banned

As a Brand support main I am deeply offended

You are banned because you harassed your teammates whole match. It doesn't matter if they play bad or pick champions you don't like, calling someone bad is harassment is reportable and bannable.

That Silver 2 Brand did more than double your damage. You should have been grateful to have a support to make up for your inability to deal any damage.

first thing said all game. Holy shit. Id perma ban you too.

The ban system is like a light bulb with 9 on switches and no off switches attached. If somebody presses the on button placed in front of them the lamp will go on(this being a report check). If another person presses their on button the lamp won't go extra on(it is already on). After the switch is flicked no changes can be made. This is to prevent people from making 4 man premades to report people and to make people in 4 man premades reportable.

They have a (somewhat ok) bot check for offending sentences and check if you were saying sentences that had the following things in them.

1. Blatant racism
2. Flaming your teammates/ enemy team
3. Other lesser violations

So let's check for that: I only take the sentences from your page that are:

1. Meant to be an insult.
2. Have no tactical advantage

This means that a sentence like: "you fucks push mid" will be ignored by me because there is at least a tactical advantage. Also a disclaimer: I never report people unless their typing leads to players not playing anymore. I only show if the system had a reason for banning you by THEIR standard. If you still want to call me a special snowflake that's fine, I don't care.

These sentences are toxic because they are specifically meant to insult your teammates and nothing more.

Now the question is do you break the terms of service to get banned? Answer: yes subsection 2.1.3 to be exact which states:

2.1.3. The Tribunal®. The Tribunal® system allows our community of users to police the compliance of other users with the “Summoner’s Code,” which outlines the principles of ideal gameplay behavior, as well as with our other policies. Community members, including you, may submit descriptions of activity and actions of certain users within the Game, and collectively determine if that particular user was in compliance with our policies. If The Tribunal determines, in its sole discretion, that you have violated one of our policies, we may suspend or terminate your account on behalf of the community.

Breaking these rules makes them want to ban you. Now did you break these rules:

#Rule number 1 Support your team: You clearly show an immediate level of refusal to work with your brand support so chances are you broke this rule

#Rule number 2 Drive Constructive Feedback: You were toxic instead of giving any feedback, you literally spend the entire game doing what this rule doesn't want you to do.

#Rule number 3 Facilitate Civil Discussion: You weren't civil and facilitated uncivil discussion.

#Rule number 4: Enjoy Yourself, but not at Anyone Else's Expense This rule also states in the sublines:

Remember, taking a jab at your friend in the middle of the game is a lot different than making a glib remark at a complete stranger. Someone who is unfamiliar with what you consider playful may take your comment as an attack and react unfavorably. If two players on a team start fighting, good communication and teamwork become nearly impossible.

You broke this rule.

#Rule number 5 Build Relationships No, you didn't break this one, I consider this a weird one to have as a rule anyway.

#Rule number 6 Show Humility in Victory, and Grace in Defeat: You weren't graceful in defeat, you flamed your whole team.

#Rule number 7 Be Resolute, not Indignant: This rule is specifically about not joining in the bad behavior, you did.

#Rule number 8 Leave No Newbie Behind!:

#Rule number 9 Lead by example: You flamed everyone, so you were not leading by a good example.

In summary. You were toxic. You broke 8 out of 9 summoner code rules that dictate when you get punished. You were reported. You got caught.

By the standards of this game, you deserve this ban, sorry.

The way the ban system works in League is: "if a few people report you, e.g. more than 2, then you get banned." This is, in and of itself, a shitty system in which to "punish" players for being slightly toxic to others for being complete assholes. In any case, if I were to ever play this game again, it's obvious that I would most likely be toxic to other new players when making a new account (as I have for like the previous 6 accounts) which would make the "punishment" system obsolete (As it has been for the previous 6 accounts.)
