Toxic Lobby Chat
So is there a way we can report players who were absurdly toxic in chat pre-game? Seeing this kinda stuff then not being able to actually report because of a dodge is a little disappointing :/

Yes I was banned for this so yes its possible
if only there was a report system outside of the post-game lobby...

Happens, this is why I video record all games I play. Embarrassing YouTube blackmail against my friends not withstanding. :)
I feel as though there should be a more visible "report a player" function somewhere, especially as a clear category for support tickets, simply because toxicity in the pregame lobby (followed by a dodge) or harassment in pm's (ya you could've never added them but sometimes you don't expect it) are real situations that happen.
Send in a ticket, with this private ticket you can use the players in-game names ( I believe).? Privately again I stress with Riot.
I have to admit I seldom have sent a ticket, but when I tried the 1st time to do so about a Web site that sold accounts, I couldn't understand where to put it so didn't do anything. I was wrong and should have just reported under any title to get to Riot. By the time I figured this out to late the site had been shut down or moved.
What I'm saying is although I personally believe there should be more options just use the closest one to it and it will be directed to the right person.
This brings up a point to me I've been meaning to mention, hope you don't mind OP ( if you do I will Edit this out myself).. I seldom report in-game!! I should though! I digress, I think more options should be added to report structure here on the boards.
They don't care, keep spending money and reporting people they'll eventually get a chat restriction. after like 50 games
