Wait time appeal

Hello. I recently attempted to play a ranked game, but unfortunately the timer broke. It got to on the ban for the enemy team, and would not do anything. I was stuck. Everyone else left, and I was the LAST one to leave, and I now have a wait time. I ask an appeal and another shot at the qualifications for the good summoner rewards (the ones where you get free stuff for being cool :D). I sincerely apologize for leaving, but I had no choice. Please fix that glitch as well. It has happened to me before.
