Nothing changes, it just sits there for hours. It happens whenever I try to boot my client. It's now doing the same thing for the Legends of Runeterra app. Any fixes on this? I have both of the launchers being stuck in a picture. Just a sidenote, when I quit the installer for league, it opens as normal, but not with the new login screen.
Would love to see a fix for this. Cannot install Runeterra and had to resort to uninstalling my League. It has thus gone to the old client, but I would like to see a fix for this

I know I'm not helping but I have the same issue. I have uninstalled League of Legends, deleted the riot games folder, and it still comes upon the problem. Has only been happening as of recently though.
Same here. I have to open my task manager and kill the installer to get it to stop. No actual progress is marked in any folder that Riot Games install into.

Edit: For some reason, moving the installer to the desktop, closing some background stuff to lower disk usage are things that I did and it worked after.

Crazy thing is... if i close it with task manager or close the window and start again the client starts normal
Same problem here,its stuck not installing,riot games folder empty.
I still have the issue today... I made the mistake to uninstall the both apps... Now I can't reinstall them :*(
