How many times can I dodge without getting banned or something.

The title. I'm gonna be brutally honest, and hopefully this doesn't affect my account standing...PLAYERS ARE IDIOTS. I've had players in my ranked games during champ select do the following...They ban a team mate's champion purposely. They scream at the other team mates that they don't wanna play the role they are in. AND/OR Choose something extremely troll in an absolute toxic vendetta of being autofilled to support, (while I get that going off meta isn't a bannable offense, utility support in jungle is a little too bold in my opinion). I feel like this is a legit question, and it has probably been asked before. I have been in perfect standing in this game for three years. But there is some things that aren't fixable, and I should be allowed to dodge this stuff.

dodging isn't bannable, but it is punishable, depending on the mode norms its 6 mins, then 15 mins, then 30 mins for every one after, aram is 15,30,60, coop vs ai is only 6 mins, always

ranked is the same in terms of time, except you automatically lose a game if your in promos, and you lose 3lp for your first dodge, with 6 mins, and 10 LP and 30 mins for every dodge after

dodge counters reset in 16 hours after a dodge dodge timers still go down even if you don't que up

You can dodge as many games as you want. I've never heard of a single case where someone was banned for dodging.

Many

It feels like I dodged a game every week on average. Since I'm playing a little less now, 1 game every 2 weeks. If I feel it's going to be a 30-40 min horror show, I dodge and not even think twice about it (promo and placement games notwithstanding obviously).

I just felt like I needed to ask before dodging or something..There are some games, which I just don't wanna play. But I don't wanna lose my 600 dollar account over a 2 year old with a machete..This is both kind of a joke post, and an actual question.
