Alright, so I've been having some client issues, and I've resolved most of them. But then, I have 1 issue after getting out of leaver buster. And all of the sudden 20 minute wait timer? ON A GAME I FRICKEN WON? What the hell riot..?

Nah, I admit it wasn't first offense. But NONE of it is intentional. I'm the bronze player that doesn't forfeit. EVER. Something is going on with either my PC, or the game. I lock up, and I can't do anything but power off and reconnect(faster method of getting back in for me), or wait it out..AND IF I DO EITHER OR..Then game is lost 60 percent of the time. Except the last time it just happened. WHERE I DID PERFECT for d/cing. I don't think it should affect players if the game is won..isn't that what "team work" is all about..? AND I EVEN LOST LP. The hell riot..I want explanation, and fair treatment..
Fine, I'll just cheat the system with intro bots..20 minute wait..5 minute game..reasonable payment in my opinion. its like I'm playing a full game..LOL
