When you have 1 kill participation out of 23 total kills and 4k damage on Darius, you're inting.
That's not having a bad game, you're legit inting. He was even plat 3 last season, so it's not like he was a "bad player". Don't try me with that crap.

Not necessary, There are highly efficient playstyles where you dont need to fight enemy.
Talking about that, is inting going 2:12:0 on Rammus inting too with only 10% Kill participation? Or 3:19:1?
Could have been a bad game, something happening IRL, tilted from previous game. It could have been one in a million things. But unless he is running it down mid and claims "I'm Inting", he isn't inting in my opinion. I've had games where I hard carry 18+ kills and I've had games where I've had 10 deaths. It happens, its gold/plat people can't really play at a consistent level just yet.
