This is going to be a long, long post.

I love it. Marc Merrill caught getting ELO Boosting. Are you gonna permaban him? Also on top of this, on Richard Lewis' video about Monte not even being invited to cast worlds. He notes how you can be permanently just for criticizing people now a days, something I have been saying for years, and also how you can not buy level 30 accounts, which is just absurd, the game has been out for 10 years. Barely any new players are coming in. I leveled a smurf up and ran into a collective total of ZERO new players in all of my games. Things need to be fixed, we can't just keep saying "No they know what they are doing." or "No toxicity is going down they are working on it." No, it isn't. Toxicity is on the rise. Season 5 and 6 (mostly 6) the most toxic I have seen any game ever be. Look at Tyler1. Back in any season before 5 he would have been shamed by the community every one would have hated him. I promise you that. Things need to be changed, we need re vamp of the system, we can't just take peoples accounts for what they say, if them saying something is the problem then stop them from being able to chat. People's accounts should only be taken for things like ELO boosting, Intentionally feeding, Intentionally Trolling or Scripting. Here are the things I am going to list as ideas and changes that must be made it keep this game going.

1. If someone is truly being toxic (i.e flaming, personal attacks) then they should be chat banned from 10/25/50 games, note not restricted, BANNED. Meaning NO messages get through. At all.
2. Accounts can NOT be permanently banned for being toxic. Even if they are truly being toxic they shouldn't be prevented from playing the game, they aren't doing things to intentionally ruin games, most of the time people who are toxic, have anger issues, and get mad when they are losing because a lot of toxic players also tend to be playing to win. (Tyler1 still should have his ban because he was inting that is not in dispute.)
3. Criticizing people is not being toxic. Telling someone what they did wrong is not toxic. People who cry toxic over someone saying "You did that wrong." or "You messed up this or that." are just childish.
4. Any accounts previously banned for toxic behavior should have their bans taken away, but be put on permanent chat ban. So their accounts are given back, but they can no longer chat. The problem has been solved.

Okay so now lets talk about reform. A way to take toxic people from being well toxic, to being not so toxic or even sweet little angels. I do not have many ideas out side of but my biggest idea is if said toxic person goes a while like a good while, like months in the extent of 3-6, without being reported or banned they should get some form of reward, like a Mystery gift, or an IP boost, or like Flat RP or something along those lines.

These are just my ideas, I am sorry this was a long post but anyone who actually cares about this game and it's community will read it. I probably will get a ton of hate for that, and such I probably won't be replying to anything, but I don't care if this gets hate. I just hope so Red sees and reads this and something gets done.
