SERIOUSLY ? i got banned 14 days for being a support player ????

So litteraly RIOT find it funny to ban my account 14 days because i am a support player !!! i had a game ranked flex when i queued solo with 3 premades . i will not talk about their behavior or trolling , but i ended the game as nami support with 0/18/17 and i am banned for it ??????????? and you can look my pseudo at OP.GG and see my KDA in other games . So if i was 17/18/0 it s all good but if i am support 0/18/17 it s a intentional feeding ?????? [sg-janna] NEW LESSON LEARNT : according to riot , playing support = intentionnel feeding= trolling . so lets just remove that role . I really want a help about this because i have all links and evidence that a 1 game among 3 billions i have a bad KDA and it s considered trolling and was able to be banned .while thousands off trollers who spend the day with 0/50/0 are considered having bad games . Have a nice day RIOT , thanks i spent over 500$ on this account for nothing

From what I see, in the graph of op.gg, I see you doing nothing for 10 minutes between 20min-30min mark while the rest of your team was working together. So either you were afk or you kept intentionally feeding for 10 mins hoping for your team to lose. I am quite sure you intentionally fed. You also do this quite consistently from seeing your participation with the team from other games with very negative scores. That game was only 30%, you also had one with 4% among other lower percents than your average.

Also, you have only 18 assists out of 57 kills (30% participation) your team manages to get in 50m 29s game and you did this with a champion that does aoe skills along with aoe items like redemption and locket. Meaning you were refusing to work with them throughout the majority of the game. This is what you get for trying to purposely ruin people's game.

You can always copy paste what your reform card says, or tell us what games you were accused of intentionally feeding in.

50 minute game and you were only level 16? It takes real effort to not hit 18 by then. You did 1/4th the damage of the next lowest in the game.

From the 24th minute forward you basically respawned and kept running at them, even dying to a tower at the 26th minute.

The proof would be a replay of the game, stats mean nothing. You go out of you way to mention numerous times it was a premade. My gut instinct, since there is no real proof, is that things started to go bad and you said something in chat insinuating you weren't trying to win and/or were inting. That combined with the score could lead to a ban.

Also, yes one game, if it is inting or assisting the enemy team, out of billions can lead to a 14 day ban. Some offenses require a fast, heavy punishment.

You mention instances where people have been blatant about it, and got away with it for a long time. Correct, which is why Riot worked very hard on this issue and recently started doing something about it.

If somehow that IS what happened, and you didn't flame or use any hate speech at all, file a ticket.

Could you upload a replay somewhere? I usually say, that soft inters do not get banned, since this was my experience and a lot of other's experience for a long time. Yet this is looking like a case, where one did get punished.

To NOT reach lvl 17 (not 18) in a 50 min game, you had to basically afk or spend half game in jungle, I really do not know how you managed to do this. But looking at KDA etc.. this could really be a bad game. So if you would be so kind to show us a replay, I would appreciate it.

If you feel it unfair, feel free to write a support ticket, they will lift the ban OR you will get an explanation for the punishment. (If you could share that too, it would be great)

Looks like you were upset with the premade, told them you didn't want them to get the win, and then fed/did purposely bad plays, which is inting.
