14 day suspension on my first ban

I might of used the word fag and retard, but I wasent be offensive to less able people and I wasent being homophobic, I was just flaming my stupid team for being bot when barons up or my jungler split pushing top when fire dragon is up. I should be allowed to say what I want if my team is trolling, and riot doesnt do a good job on telling us what we should or shouldn't say. We should atleast get a warning and not be banned 14 days first time out of no where. Can someone help me atleast reduce the number of days before school starts. Thanks

it usually doesn’t matter what you “intend” when you say things like that. It’s considered homophobic no matter how you explain the context. There is zero tolerance.

Learn from this and don’t repeat it, one more outburst like that is a permaban

You've run into Riot's zero tolerance policy on hate speech. It doesn't matter how you were using it, it only matters that you used it. Automatic two week suspension. The next step after the two week suspension is a permaban, which I think is a bit harsh for a second offense, considering it doesn't take much negativity to get you to the permaban.

When the suspension is up, be very careful with your chat. Don't be negative at all, even as a joke. Otherwise, if you want to keep playing, you'll need to look into creating a new account.

(On second thought, after reading more posts in this thread, I don't think a new account would last very long.)
