The post said "Die", and was meant to be an answer to the question "what does current Cass do better than old Cass?", not a suggestion that the OP should die, or something similar.

What was their name? The quickest way would be to get the attention of the visible board moderator, TheCurator. This is the correct board for that, but he might not see it. I'd suggest tagging him in the title (@TheCurator, mistaken boards ban). The title here would bring most to believe the thread is about an in-game ban.
The slower method, but guaranteed to be seen by Riot, would be to have them submit a Support Ticket.
