Okay I have filed support tickets to report a certain booster and after almost a year this person is still not banned. Since I'm not allow to put his name out, I'm assuming Riot must have some sort of MMR Boosting report system since they been working on this game for years now, they must of made a system to punish them other then Those silly boards they make for us to read things we already know.
MMR Boosting bans are typically a 14 day account ban and loss of all current season and past Ranked rewards. They aren't going to tell you what decision they came to or why, so you're probably just stressing yourself out following this person trying to find out if they got a ban.
Is that like a hack or sth? Or can be purchased for mmr boost?
No one ever receives notification of actions taken on other accounts for privacy reasons. Riot takes accusations of boosting very seriously, so they always investigate after you put in a ticket. Just because you don't see them banned doesn't mean there wasn't a response.
