why are people like this?

a jhin was building full crit and, as a jhin player I said "yo you should build some lethality. I reccomend half lethality, half crit jhin"

to which he responded "I'm not taking your advice because I don't feel like it and I'm not impressed"

I said "oof edgy xd" in response, and he got PISSED constantly spamming the chat for the next 15 minutes about how toxic I was. the only thing I ever responded with was "too much punk rock? xd" causing both he and his duo partner to report me and announce it in the postgame chat. would this actually be considered toxicity?
