With no prior 14 day ban its a 14 day ban, otherwise its a permaban.

In most cases, saying KYS or "FA**OT" once and only once will not result in an instant 14 day ban if there is no history of toxicity on your account at all. But saying it TWICE in one game, or a toxic previous game then you dropping that word, or toxic chat combined with a zero tolerance word used is always an instant 14 day ban.
