I can't imagine "Die Teemo!" would ever be interpreted as an actual death threat.
Just don't go overboard in the name of "staying in character". Death is part of League, but saying something like "Teemo, I'm gonna follow you back to your village and murder your family" isn't reasonable.

Die means "the" in german. Like in "DIE BART, DIE" And noone who speaks german can be an evil man.
