Expanding the Leaver Buster System!

Okay first of all, this has nothing to do with banning. Rather positioning people in queue's based on their leaver buster rating(?).

I'm tired of sitting in a queue for 20 minutes because people don't like a champ they've been randomly given in ARAMs. Why not start collecting that information of their dodge, and then matching them with people who also dodge. That way.. they can never play a match, so they know what it feels like.
