the only thing that gets someone banned is mean words even if the only ones who would say the words spoken are mean is a 2 year old or the mental equivalent.
Usually people who troll or afk will NEVER see a punishment. Riot is just lazy. Catching trolls is hard and would require a resource commitment that they are just not willing to do. So instead they ban the people who get mad at trolls. Remove the chat function.
Afks get punished fairly often. Malicious afks probably could stand harsher punishments, but that is another matter.
Trolls get punished, but it does take longer because some people are legitimately that bad (or there is a questionable strat).
If you don't like chat, remove it yourself. You can opt out of Ally chat and turn All chat back off (since you would have had to turn it on to begin with).
Why do I see you complaining where ever you go ...? Be it TFT boards or PB boards.

No thanks. I like the chat function, as do many others im sure. Your problems with flaming and getting banned arent mine. Sorry.
They even gave you the option to just turn it off. You do have the ability to remove it. Try that dude. Dont punish us for your lack of ability to use chat without breaking the rules.

Just for future reference you don't have to be perfect (everyone would be banned if that were the case), you just have to be mature and respectful to other people & use the tools available to help mitigate any issues you might have with them, such as disabling chat, the mute button and the report button. Just because you and some others aren't willing to use them responsibly or at all doesn't mean they should be removed.
