My toxicity stemmed from a lack of self-confidence that was boiling over and making me indiscriminately lash out at everyone. Once I solved the problem at its source, my attitude has returned to normal.

Now I'm probably one of the nicest people around here.

To put it simply, you don't truly know what a toxic person is like without being able to consider what it is that makes them act that way.

There are very few truly toxic people. Most are just people that through certain circumstance are driven to say and do toxic things.

Unfortunately, despite having a PhD on hire, Riot is not a psychology ward. As such they do not have the means, nor the obligation, to solve everyone's "circumstance" for them. But they do their best to provide enough feedback so you can handle the problem yourself in the specific context of playing this game in a friendly manner.
