If I get tilted, can I go and yell at bots without getting reported? I've done this once or twice, but just for future reference, let's say that I told Vladimir Bot "to go hang yourself, you're such a useless fucking piece of goddamn pure heel shit who can't play the game right and who needs to get cancer so the gene pool can be cleansed of your incestual disgust.". Is that not punishable as long as I make it clear that I am talking to the bots?
I'd be careful about it. While it may be clear you are talking to the bots, that doesn't mean you aren't bothering the other players. If they choose to report you, it's not going to matter who it was directed at. Even if you end up punished and Riot will remove it if you submit a ticket, that's kind of a pain in the ass over nothing.

gotta role play 'em. It may be a problem for your fellow teammates. Some word, not necessarily addressed at anyone, can be considered an offense upon use in this game.
You can and eventually will probably get reported for it if you say the wrong thing and get on a teammates nerves. That's only coop v AI, though. An all-bot game would be fine as you're not disrupting anyone doing it. Personally, I'd much prefer someone taking out their salt on bots in AI games rather than in a game where they're actually talking TO someone. For actively trying to not cause harm to someone, kudos. I'd still take it to a custom game, though. Just to be safe.
Have you considered simply screaming into the void?
