Riot are way to PC

I got a chatban after i was in a game with a 4 man premade. I got trolled and they forced me to "share" top lane with ryze but he just took half my cs and fed. In the game i was told to kill myself, get cancer die ect. I had 17 kills in the game and was pretty much the only reason we hadn't already lost. Then i got a double pick and went mid to try and end which would have been easy since i could have gone in for a 1v2 easily with the adc and tank dead and mid laner 2 items behind. Then to troll me they surrendered... Post game it was just more flaming and telling me to die bringing my family into things ect. I reported them then a few minutes later i got a chat ban. This was a few days ago and still they got away with it meanwhile i get the chat ban. Ill post my chat logs when i log on later, i just really dont understand how this happened. Nice system riot.
