You didn't tell them they were trolling. You insulted, flamed and blamed your teammates.

You were not punished for "telling people they are trolling". You were suspended for being an asshole to other players.

And you cannot say with certainty they were trolling.

Im pretty sure trolls know they're trolling. That's kind of the point. Pointing it out to them just gives them what they want: attention. It does nothing beneficial for the game.
