Justify Riot's wording, if you can

Players have reported you 5 times in the past 20 games for intentional feeding. It is, to borrow a human phrase, a “not cool,” and may result in a permaban the next time it occurs.

Quote from the other post. Why does it matter how many times one got reported? Why is it "not cool"? Riot, are you alright?

Why does it matter how many times one got reported?

Frequent reports show a common trend in behavior and not a one-off showing that the behavior is intentional and will continue to disrupt games if not handled.

Why is it "not cool"?

Intentionally feeding ruins the game for 9 other people. Doing something that literally ruins the fun and sense of accomplishment for 9 other people is definitely not cool hence why intentionally feeding is a punishable offense.

That would depend on the context. If it came on a 14 day punishment, I'd say that it's more of a "we caught you on this one, and we saw these. Cut it out".

I just got off of a 10 hour shift and I still have to work and study for the next 6 hours so I can't think of anything especially feel good and supportive to say, but here goes. It matters how many times you are reported because that is the general nature of reports, how many you get reported until you are punished. Feeding on purpose isn't cool, not that I'm saying that you just as a matter of course on the subject.
