Hextech Crafting: How long can you be banned from it?

It's been 7 months since I was banned. Still banned from hextech crafting.

Just to give a time line on how long you can be banned from hextech crafting.

I asked Riot about this. They said I was recently banned. 7 months to Riot is recent.
