It's been 7 months since I was banned. Still banned from hextech crafting.
Just to give a time line on how long you can be banned from hextech crafting.
I asked Riot about this. They said I was recently banned. 7 months to Riot is recent.

digimonteamjacob1 votesWell here's the story. I was never achually toxic. I did a 5 man premade and acted toxic for a game along with them, got a 14-day ban because my "friends" reported me. When I got back on I blacklisted all of them, and havn't done it since. So, there was definitely some improvement. LOL.

Just crawl your Teammates as deep into the ass as possible and try to get honors, i think this could quicken the progress.
