Will singed players get Banned?
Most singed players run it down top. I remember Tyler1 got 20 accounts banned for running it down mid. Is running it down top and running it down mid the same thing?

singed players don't sit under tower and just stay there until they die. there is a very big difference there.
as long as singed is dying to Jg ganks or Mid laner closing down. Its team's fault for not using the advantage to push some towers or grab objectives. Singed = Feed to win. As long as hes not 0/15 or osmething
Nope singed actually does work.
Thats how Singed works, he stands between turrets while minions are pushing lane securing objective. Once he pulls enemy jungler, your jungler should help secure some other objective. If he is incompetent to do that, dont blame Singed.
considering they almost never ban intentional feeding, no you will probably not get banned if youre buying items or so.
Nah Singed puts a ton of pressure on a lane, he has to play that way or no one will roam to deal with him and it will create 4v5 teamfights for your team assuming scrub level ELO.
I think what happens is Singed is a weird char, I used to main him and still play him a lot. People get in weird fights midgame with their ult down and die. Singed takes experience on where you need to be on the map at any given time.

Tyler1 gets banned for just making account Riot has stated as such any account they find out is his will instantly be banned.
