Thought I would ask before doing this

I have been using a start from a diamond singed youtuber that has worked for me almost every game. I have won lane and the match ups I always lost to I win against because of it. And what it is is singed ignite, smite top. I hear people have been ban for stealing role when taking smite and they arent jg. I dont take my jungles camps, just the enemy and dragon, rift herald, ect. I like to use red smite or if im vs someone i cant catch i use blue. I like to win, and this wins for me. Only lost 1 game using it and everyone did bad. So if I take smite top will I get in trouble or not.
