Private Chat Harrassment
Is there any type of way to report someone whom I added then decided to be a jerk in private message? Just wondering if only option is to block/remove. Does any punishment exist for toxic behavior outside of matches?

Screenshot it and provide it to Player Support in a Support Ticket. Following people around to harass them after a match is an easy way to get an escalated punishment.
Dude, come on. Just unfriend them and move on. It's not that hard, you don't have to be a vigilante.
